 This 3-storey building (totalling 6 apartments, two per floor) offers a very convenient stay - leave the car at home, it's a quick trip from the airport, and once you're here, transport is easy: bus  (a choice of multiple city routes with stops nearby - the nearest stop is 6015), take a  MEVO, taxi, or enjoy our highly walkable city, speaking of which - it's an easy walk to both Wellington Hospital and The Basin Reserve.

• A Woolworths supermarket is just 250 meters away if you'd like to make the most of the apartment's full kitchen (with full fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave & dishwasher). 

• Newtown is home to so many of Wellington's favourite unassuming foodie gems. If you love fusion cuisine, we can highly recommend the nearby ramen shop. A magical little italian place is Ciciocacio. Margot's is a legendary part wine bar part restuarant, just look for the red door. For craft beer and latin influenced food, Bebemos is your place.

• The urgent medical centre is just down the road, and four pharmacies are nearby, as is a Jetts gym and F45.

• Newtown's Riddiford Street with plenty of food/coffee/beverage/shopping options is just round the corner.

• Another favourite of the team is Frank's: TRULY excellent coffee!
